William Kirk

Bill formed Chancery over ten years ago and has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry having been a director of independent financial advisory firms since 1988.

He is extremely pro-active in extolling the virtues of independent advice and has been involved in live broadcasts on local commercial radio participating by answering listeners’ financial questions on air.

Having had experience as a fund manager he is frequently the principal speaker at the tax and investment seminars hosted by Chancery throughout the South West.

He has been a member of the disciplinary committee of FIMBRA and a guest lecturer on MBA courses at the University of Exeter, as well as expert witness in a number of litigation cases.
